Submission Guide

 

Submissions should be clear, concise, and written in English (UK or US spelling is accepted, but consistency is required). References should follow the APA 7th edition style. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process. All submissions must be made through the EasyChair submission system by June 30, 2025. The submission system will open May 25, 2025. Please refer to the DHA 2025 Submission Guide for information on how to prepare and submit your work. We hope you will submit your best work and join us at the DHA 2025 Conference as we strive to make healthcare scholarship a driving force for positive change in the world. All submissions will be subject to a double-blind review process.

Key dates are:

• 30th June 2025       Paper submission deadline

• 15th July 2025          Notification of acceptance/rejection for first-round

• 20th July 2025         Deadline for authors to submit final manuscript for publication

• 31st July 2025           Deadline for early bird register

• 15th August 2025     Deadline for at least one author of each paper to register for DHA 2025

Manuscript type​

The DHA 2025 Program Committee invites submissions across eight tracks aligned with the conference theme: “Scaling Emerging Healthcare Technologies for Social Good”. DHA 2025 welcomes the following types of submissions:

​

• Full Research Papers: Empirical or conceptual studies that offer significant contributions to digital health and medical analytics.

• Short Papers: Emerging or preliminary research with promising insights.

• Panel/workshop Proposals: Engaging discussions or debates on timely and controversial topics in digital health.

• Posters & Demonstrations: Visual presentations of research or technology applications.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Formatting
Submissions that do not follow the guidelines will be rejected without review.
 

• Language: All manuscripts must be in English or Chinese language.

• Suggested Length: Comprehensive research papers must not exceed ten (10) single-spaced pages and short articles must not exceed six (6) single-spaced pages. The page limit includes everything – the cover page (which contains the title, abstract and keywords), all text, figures, tables, references, and appendices.

• Author Information: The manuscripts submitted for review MUST NOT contain any author information, as the review process is double-blind. A manuscript that is not anonymous will be rejected without review.

• Page Numbering: Please include page numbers in manuscripts submitted for review. Page numbers should be removed from the final, camera-ready version of accepted papers.

• File Format: Manuscripts submitted for review should be in the pdf format. Make sure that your manuscript is formatted as required by DHA 2025, by downloading and using the word file which could be used as a template.
