The aim of DHA conference is to foster dialogue, collaboration, and impactful research on how technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), wearable devices, digital therapeutics, big data analytics, remote monitoring systems, public health dashboards, and connected healthcare platforms can be leveraged to address real-world healthcare challenges, particularly those related to population health, early disease detection, aging societies, and underserved communities.

As the global health landscape undergoes a profound digital transformation, emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), wearable health devices, telemedicine platforms, and data analytics, are revolutionizing how care is delivered, monitored, and accessed. These innovations have the potential to enhance health outcomes, improve efficiency, and expand access. However, this transformation remains uneven, and the benefits of digital health have not yet reached all populations equitably.

DHA 2025 places a special emphasis on building digital health skills and capacities within underserved and marginalized communities, where disparities in access, infrastructure, and digital literacy persist. While healthcare systems worldwide increasingly adopt data-driven and AI-powered solutions, there is a critical need to ensure that these technologies are inclusive, accessible, and ethically deployed. Thus, the objective of DHA 2025 is to explore how emerging healthcare technologies can be responsibly and effectively scaled to bridge gaps in health service delivery, empower communities, and reduce digital health disparities.
